Returns policy
§1 No right to withdraw from the contract
Pursuant to Article 38 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract in the case of:
products that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life,
products delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons.
The products offered by Hamur Dumplings fall into the above category (fresh food), therefore it is not possible to return the purchased goods after delivery.
§2 Product complaints
If the delivered product is damaged, does not comply with the order or is not fresh, the customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the rules contained in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
