§1 General provisions

The user is obliged to use the services in accordance with the law and good manners.

It is prohibited to provide illegal content.

Complaints are considered within 14 days.

Terms and conditions of sale

§1 General provisions

The Hamur Dumplings online store is operated by HOTBOX SP. Z O.O., ul. Kielecka 9/21, 31-526 Kraków, NIP: 6751782437.

The Terms and Conditions define the rules for placing orders and the rights and obligations of the parties to the sales contract.

§2 Placing orders

Orders can be placed using the form on the website or by email.

Providing personal data (first name, last name, address, email) is necessary to complete the order.

§3 Order fulfillment

After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirming that the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

The fulfillment time and delivery method are determined individually.

§4 Prices and payment

All prices are given in Polish zlotys (PLN) and include VAT.

The store does not support online payments. Payment is made upon delivery (cash, card, etc.).

§5 Withdrawal from the contract

Pursuant to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to perishable products or products with a short shelf life.

The right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days also applies to entrepreneurs making purchases for purposes related to their business activity, if the content of the contract indicates that it is not of a professional nature for that entrepreneur (so-called entrepreneur with consumer rights), subject to the exceptions referred to in paragraph 1.

If the right to withdraw from the contract is exercised, the Customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should send a statement to the e-mail address: [email protected] or in writing to the address of the registered office.

§6 Complaints

Complaints should be sent to the following e-mail address: [email protected] or in writing to the address of the registered office.

The complaint should include: the Customer’s first and last name, contact details, a description of the defect or reservation, and the complaint request (e.g., replacement, repair, price reduction, withdrawal from the contract).

Complaints are considered within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.

If the complaint is accepted, the Store covers the costs of shipping the complained goods to the Customer.

Warranty rights also apply to entrepreneurs who make purchases for purposes not directly related to their professional activity (entrepreneurs with consumer rights). In such a case, the provisions applicable to consumers shall apply, with the proviso that the right to withdraw from the contract is excluded in the situations specified in §5(1).

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

§8 Final provisions

These regulations are available on the website.

In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
